how healthy are the supposedly healthy drinks like Benecol and Flora ProActive really? Anyone out there take them and, if so, how beneficial have you found them?

II don't take them myself, but OH has one everyday on his breakfast cereal, and definitely considers they do him good. As he is 75, and in considerably better health and much fitter than I am, I tend to believe that they probably do some good.
