I've noticed something strange midway down towards the left on my left thigh. It's as if there's a patch of hair that's been shaved. I've never noticed it before. It's quite obvious as its quite a hairy part of my body. The only thing I can think of is that my mobile phone has caused it, as that's where it will be against in my pocket and thats where i keep it most of the time.

It's definitely not a prank as I've not been near my friends or unconscious for anyone to be able to shave that part of me. It genuinely looks as though it's been shaved.

Can a mobile phone cause hair to disappear ?

It sounds ridiculous I know but what else can it be?

Is there a way to check if your phone is leaking radiation?

I've decided to swap the phone in the other side pocket to see if the same thing happens on other side. People say its rubbing on skin but it doesn't feel like its rubbing.

I'm confused.

BTW. I didn't know where else to post this.

If it's moving about and making your pocket rub up against your leg it would simply wear the hair off.
Caused by friction of the phone against pocket lining and your leg hair.
Chuck's explanation works for me.
Not sure about Chucks explanation .. I dont ever recall having my phone strapped to the top of head ..!
yep...it happens on backs of calves too
I imagine Mrs Cow would want a word if you tried that.
