Why has my question about doorbell been closed ?

Can well remember a mod doing that once  she/he closed a thread, but wanted to place an answer  so opened it ..placed their answer then closed it again ....moderating at the best,

It's open now.

It might be it was closed in error and you tried to access it before the mod who closed it realized the error.
