Re thread entitled 'Not Good for the UK' on News section. I had a post removed by a moderator just before 2315 last evening. It was, apparently, seen by two moderators and deemed it required no action. It would seem a third moderator decided to remove it. Nothing contentious was written and no inappropriate language was used whatsoever. Could you find my deleted post and reinstate it please ? Thank you

It will be for the Editor to decide if the post merited delegation, and if reinstatement I'd appropriate.

Reversals don't happen just because someone asks for them - otherwise the Ed would be doing nothing but reinstating posts all day, and Moderators would see their actions as pointless.
Delegation? Deletion!!

Good morning, Retrocop.

Your post was removed because it quoted an answer that broke the Site Rules. The post you quoted tried to avoid the swear filter. Your post was subsequently removed for quoting the removed answer.
Nothing a little bit of editing and a few *** can't sort. Your answer has been reinstated.

That is why I have requested the ED to find it and read it. Hopefully the ed will be the final arbiter and either tell me why a mod found it necessary to remove it or reinstate it. A simple polite request.
A bit of cross-posting there, retro, All's well.
