Ab Editor: Any Chance Of Making ‘Politics’ A Main Heading?

The whole front page in News is filled with questions from yesterday and this morning, which means many from yesterday, which people are still actively responding to, will shortly disappear on to page 2, and hence, become abandoned.

If you were to make ‘Politics’ a main heading, such questions would be split between the two. I don’t think many post questions in sub-categories because few people look at them.

Just an idea to keep the discussions flowing.

I think that with so many folk posting political threads in News, it will be hard to break the habit .

^ It is readily available just click on News then on the subheading.
Just one extra click!
But I still think most people do as I do, look at 'Latest Posts' first to see if there is anything of interest then click on it if there is!

Now now EDDIE, it's TWO clicks away: click on the "+" and then Politics. I seen that Current Affairs has no posts in it...

Well yeah, all six of them, which at most times of the day will not be there for more than a matter of minutes.

Its not Naomi, you think its a good idea, because you thought it was , that dosent say everybody has to agree!

For what its worth Naomi, ideas given to the Ed, however good, never seem to be used, even my brilliant ones :-).

Naomi, When ideas are put to the Ed, to improve the site, I think that he should at least ask us, or have a poll to see the results?

trt, I have no idea what changes might involve - technically. Perhaps some would create too much of a problem.
