He is not too bad, fluffy - he has sent loads of messages to friends on FB, god knows where they have gone, I have visions of Wendilla's Space Station receiving them from Ron in Barking (:o(

Red - he types with 3 fingers but is getting quite fast....(:o)
Well done him! I'm trying to get my mum to give computers a go, she's 72 and pretty scared of this newfangled technology, but I'll keep trying.

Redman - we bought him a new Laptop as his old one was too slow. You would love him, he has a great sense of humour and is very funny.

ratty - keep at it with your Mum - I think its just confidence - my Dad started with googling loads of stuff.
You must be really proud of him DEN and it takes his mind away from worrying about your Mum all the time.
Warn him about Squad and tell him to get the hosepipe ready to repel all intruders to the DEN household ! ha ha
I am on Facebook but dislike it intensely so am going to opt out. Nothing to do with my age and I am computer literate - just hate Facebook.

Redman - I've told Dad about Sqad (Olympic Swimming Pool and Room for a Pony) he thinks he sounds great - to be honest, I don't think my Dad would last long on here - he is an east end of London version of Docspock, hahaha !

Lottie - at the moment FB is a new novelty for my Dad, though I know its not for everyone.
Hi DEN, good for him I say :p)

Hello Joy - how are you keeping ? It gives him something to focus on and I think he is quite chuffed with himself - he informed me last night, he was showing his friend Peggy who is 92 how to get online and join FB - noooooooooooooo ():o)

Hi Den I will ask when I see the SS go over. Nice one lol
Reminds me of the time when my daughter lived here she offered to pay phone line to have a pc. I said There are no computers coming in this house. Now 4 years later she asks me about things but she don't let me live down what I said.
Hi Den - how are you.

Just can't get my mother interested but then she has always been a technical dinosaur.
Tell your Dad I think he's a superstar!
If your Dad likes games have a look on Yahoo games. I have been plaing Dominoes on there for a few years and met a few nice friends you just have to be careful like all sites who you talk to and keep things in simple conversation.
