I'm back on it again after a few weeks off the rails.
Isn't it easy to treat yourself when you're feeling down? I wonder what the best way to break the link between feeling down and "treating" it with a cake or a beer is?
Anyway, I've swapped all that for runner's high instead, again :)
Ah, I went up horribly today :-( But checking up I wasn't very good yesterday, and I'd not even realised because lack of enthusiasm means I don't tend to note as I go and haven't done so for a while. I have an occasional catch up of what I can recall, and then tot up of the figures the next day. Not the way to go really as one can not compensate later in the day for "sins" committed earlier.
I note it on the PC; but if I have something running full screen I can't be bothered to get out, make the note, then bring it back again. Over a decade ago when I went to WW we were expected to note stuff as the day went on, to avoid going over goal, but I always found it easier (and more readable) to type on the PC than scribble on a pad. More permanent too in case I wanted to check how the trend was and how I managed a past 'good' day.
I agree about using the pc or iPad for lists etc. OG. It's much easier and as you say readable. I use Colour Notes on my smart phone which saves all my out of the house errands. It's great.
