I'm back on it again after a few weeks off the rails.
Isn't it easy to treat yourself when you're feeling down? I wonder what the best way to break the link between feeling down and "treating" it with a cake or a beer is?
Anyway, I've swapped all that for runner's high instead, again :)
Looks like we have all forgot this week .i just remembered when I forgot to take chicken breasts out to defrost and I was going to phone for a take a way then I remembered . Woops . I promise I will be good for next week
