Hi all!

Previous on Onwards & Donwards: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Weight-Loss-and-Dieting/Question1546854.html

I'm back on it again after a few weeks off the rails.

Isn't it easy to treat yourself when you're feeling down? I wonder what the best way to break the link between feeling down and "treating" it with a cake or a beer is?

Anyway, I've swapped all that for runner's high instead, again :)

How are you getting on?

Hi ED yes it is so easy to gain when you go off the rails but we all know what to do . I have lost a pound but will probably stay the same next week ,
Goodness I seem to have lost a day somewhere .
Go on. We all know you lost that pound over the last 24 hours ;-)
It seems to me the scales quite often tell you the opposite of what you expect OG
Lol lol OG I would have needed to have ran a marathon to have lost a pound in 24 hours and that is wishful thinking lol,
Unexpectedly an extra long weekend away this time; I was naturally anticipating the worst when I stepped on the scales this morning, but it claims I'm 1 lb down over the week ?!?!

[i](I still feel big/bloated, and the clothes tight, though.)[i]
I should have known not to add that slash character just before posting :-(
Good afternoon all,

My server has been down until now on planned cable work. I've gone down 1/2 pound so that's ok with me.
Will check in the morning .
Guessed right I have stayed the same .
I used to work for SW. The little tablet they read the weights out from automatically works its out . It's the person whose lost the most out of everyone who has lost the his week PLUS either lost or maintained last week. For example if Jane loses 7lbs this week but she gained 3 last week, and Ann loses 6lbs this week and lost half a pound last week then Ann would be SOW as her weight loss is more consistent.
A stayed the same week again should see a loss next week .As long as I don't gain I am ok with staying the same but would like a few pounds off . I know what to do it is just sticking to it .
Good morning all,

Ho hum...just the same. I've asked Ed. for a June site.
Sorry for the lateness of the hour, forgot it was Wednesday !!!!

Down 1 lb over the week.
That's a good loss OG. Just because I've been very good and careful I stayed the same....maybe next week I can match you with Wendilla and I planning to go down.
Good to see, but still above where I was mid-February. Been most peeved since then. But if I can lose another 1½ lbs and continue downwards then I might be back on course.
Good afternoon all, Down just under 1/2 pound so that's ok.
Sorry for being so late.
Morning May losers. Well afternoon now, forgot to note the results here again. Sad to say up 0.8 lbs. Went up last Thursday and didn't do much after that :-(
Good morning All, aaaargh I'm so focused on my morning appointment with the dental hygienist that I forgot to weight myself. Mañana!
Morning well a nice surprise just a little over a pound but I put that down to not eating so much due to the weather .they say if you don't eat normally you don't lose so I may be just lucky .
