Just got in ... and trying to drink a glass of water.

Before bed.

You're supposed to feel less poo in the morning.

But you wake up early needing the loo.

Only way I ever survived Officers Mess Functions was a glass of water every second of third drink....always worked for me

no just a normal night shift Bathsheba Iceland provides an added but of interest though.... put a bit of Bjork on the iPod
To perhaps prevent a hangover? Drink at least four glasses of water, and lick some salt off the back of your hand with each glass ( the salt helps to replace your electric lights...No, electrolytes!). How do i know this?...Experience.

The best solution for not feeling poo in the morning is not to drink too much the night before :-)
if you're drinking all evening, I wouldn't have thought an extra glass of water would make much difference.

On the other hand, a nice thick milkshake before you first go out is very helpful.
If I drank a glass of water before bedtime I wouldn't get any bally sleep at all, because I would be up half the night, peeing !
