ABH SENTENCE FOR 18YR OLD?

What is the likely sentence for my son ? does he find out what sentence of custody he will get before attending crown court, he has had a PSR and not been done for this before only motoring offences.

If my boyfriend gets 12 months in jail for ABH, how long will it be before he would be alowed to get out on HDC (tag)?

He might get a sentence of 12 months for ABH & i am hoping he can get out ealier on tag. How long would he have to do inside before he would be alowed out early on tag?
