US Visa for convictions

I would like to update my status on my original subject of obtaining a visa for the USA and say that I declared my conviction and secured an interview and am pleased to report that I was successful....

Do I need to declare my one conviction of carrying an offensive weapon in December 2008 on my ESTA form ? (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). They stipulate to state TWO convictions or one...

Sky+HD box connections

My old Sky+ box packed up (again) so I bought a new Sky+HD box in anticipation of getting an HD TV for Xmas. Trouble is it only has one scart socket. My old Sky+ box had two. So can anybody please...

Actors credits

Does anyone know why all TV series now don't show actors names alongside the roles they play.? I don't see the logic of this as very early sixties shows, especially American ones, always used to show...

Obstructive tenants

Can a tenant wilfully obstruct the purchase of a Landlord's premises to try and buy the premises for themselves should the Landlord wish to sell, or is there a law against this?

Length of a conviction on record

How long does a conviction, for example, carrying an offensive weapon, on record last for an individual. I know a conviction is technically 'spent' after 5 years but does it still show up on CRB's?
