brakes clunk

i have a vauxhall vectre and when the thr tyers get warm the bk passenger side brake makes a loud clunking noise,there is also a small spring just hanging on each bk brake,and olso when the hand brake...

my back passenger brake makes a clonking noice when i brake but only when the tyers get warm more so in slow moving traffic.
