Fuses on a corsa

My rear number plate lights don't work, I ahve changed the bulbs and they still dont work. I was wondering if anyone knows which fuse is linked to them or what else could be wrong and how i could fix...

I can find the fuse box in the car. The reason I need to know is my rear number plate lights dont work (I have changed the bulbs) so need to see if the fuse is working correctly. Thanks...

When turning my laptop on a message appears stating, the instruction at "0x008a0664" referenced memory at "0x008a0664". The memory could not be "written". What does this mean and can i fix it?
