Back of nose/throat really dry, what is this?

This happens occasionally. If I don't eat or drink for so long the top of my throat or back of my nose (where the air passes) will become really dry. I drink lots of water. Guzzling water works...

Gym five days in a row every week

Healthwise - what you people think about going to the gym five days a week? Is it a good idea or not. I usually do a 10 to 20 min run and then lift arm weights one day then the next I do leg weights.
