flooring

putting down wooden floor, real wood bamboo. Got that foam underlay (which is thin about 1mm) but someone said to use the wood fibre slabs which measure about 7mm therefore lifting the floor higher...

Hour rate..

I work 9am to 6pm so 9 hours a day...with 1 hour lunch. Do I include my hour lunch when I am trying to work out my hour rate?
