Hmm, a bit hard to tell but I have hand reared quite a few hedgehogs and it does look similar. Hedgehog poo has a really strong distinctive smell to it... shame we don't have smelloputer, then I could tell you! :-D

Looks more like sloppy 'casts' from an earthworm, judging by the photos. Wild hedgehog poo tends to look a bit like a worm that's died and dried up in the sun.
