putting down wooden floor, real wood bamboo.
Got that foam underlay (which is thin about 1mm) but someone said to use the wood fibre slabs which measure about 7mm therefore lifting the floor higher therefore not matching up with the kitchen floor tiles.

Arrrrrrr any suggestions/ideas?

I've got bamboo flooring in my conservatory, and it's looking good. Only trouble is it marks very easily if anyone is wearing high heels,.... must remember to put some mats in strategic places!. I used the thicker fibre slab underlay, however, I don't see a problem if your floor is level and flat.
