My mum passed away just over a year ago, and I inherited the house that we live in. How do I go about changing the deeds into my name? solicitor fees seem so high. Also the house is not land...

is my ex husband entitled to make any claim against a property I now own, inherited when my mother passed away? we have been seperated over 5 years not divorced
