what's the best way to remoave sealant from the bath/adjoining tiles?

Not having much luck peeling it back - tried a penknife and a scraper to know avail. There seems to be multiple layers - a white layer, then a clear layer that is particularly gruesome then another...

dishwasher blocked

can we use sink unblocker fluid (mr muscle, etc.) to unblock our dishwasher? the pipe seems clogged and we can't get it unblocked. would it damage the machine/hose?
