ive got a bus license but no company employs me

why cant i find a job with a bus company ive had a pcv license for the past 6 years every company ive applied for has said no could it be that i am honest on the application regarding my criminal...

standard disclosure

i have applied for a bus job at heathrow the recruitment agency has said that once i get the job i should send my standard disclosure form if i have a criminal record would they still give me the job...
