what damp sealer do i use?

I've just moved and we have some mould in the corner of one room, someone said you can get a clear sealer that you paint on the outside of the house and then inside too. Does anyone know what this is...

Tenants rights

Does anyone know anything about tenant's rights? We currently get letters from a building firm saying they are coming to do checks, etc in our flat and state on the letter that it doesn't matter...
