beer cooler

I recently bought a Husky beer cooler that holds 48 cans but it doesn't seem to be very cold. Is this normal as its just a cooler or should it get cold like a fridge?

cooker cleanining

I have scorch marks where the oven door has been slightly open on the white enamel. Any ideas how to remove them without buying a new cooker?
