What's the best converter of FLV files to AVI?

I want to save my vids to my Creative Zen.... but can't find a good enough free application ...... and want to save YouTube vids to it. Thanks Marfy :o)

Creative Zen - why synchronize?

Being a bit thick here - every time I load files onto my Creative Zen it asks me if I want to synchronize... but doesnt explain what it means or why I should do it.... HELP! Thanks Marfy
