how can i stop a tom cat peiing in my kitchen.(its a neighbours) as i have 2 female cats which have been spayed. dont want to hurt the tom just deter it

i already have concrete posts and panel fencing down one side of garden which my neighbour has told me is our responsibility but we wish to change panels to feather edge. at the top of garden we will...
