tribunal hearings

has anyone out there experienced a tribunal hearing. I am going to tribunal with an unfair dismissal, victimisation and sexual discrimination. Any tips or advice?

dismissed whilst off sick?

Hi, i had a disciplinary on fri 26 may which was adjourned as the company wanted to investigate further going off info i had given to them. It was confirmed to be reconvened for thurs 1 june however...

can you go sick whilst suspended

my suspension has gone on for weeks now and the company is on a witch hunt it is making me ill. is it possible to be sick whilst suspended

is there a union rep out there

Hi having just joined the union i am not yet entitled to a rep however i have a disciplinary on friday and need help. without going into too much detail the company have not done a fair investigation...

suspended from work

After being suspended from work with pay how long does the company have before contacting you with any info as to what they are doing next
