Contracts special conditions

I am about to be made redundant from a sales role but my contract stipulates that I can not contact my clients for 6 months. Is this clause still applicable as I am being made redundant?

my wfe keeps breaking a contact order that i have set up, what can i do to inforce it. also if i kept my daughter overnight without my wifes permission as im concerned for her welfare on the weekends...
