National Insurance / Tax Refund

I wander if someone can tell me whether you get refunded your N.I.and tax cotributions if one was a foreign national but resident in the UK and is leaving to return to their country.

Is it possible by any means that one is refunded National Insurance contributions or tax if one was a resident foreign national and is leaving the U.k. to go back to one's country?
