Speeding Fine

My son who's 19 and recently passed his test got caught by a GATSO doing 53mph in a 30 mph limit. Will he get the standard ?60 fine and 3 penalty points ? (this is in Scotland)

Parking Fines Abroad

I foolishly got a ?35 "Parking Ticket" in France earlier this month for not being able to read and understand their roadsigns. Does this still apply now that I've returned to the UK...

Road Markings

Is it true that (particularly in Scotland) if part of a street with yellow lines (let say 3 metres) is dug up and resurfaced, until the lines are actually replaced, the restrictions are invalid ?
