which of the quorn are free on slimming world please? Chilled peppered steak? Lamb steak? also the syn values of those not free would be good too. thanks so much...

Sandwiches + Bottled water??

A few years ago we would never have dreamed of buying a sandwich or a bottle of water - why is it so many people do everyday?? who buys these and who makes their own? i think its such a waste of money...
