B&O light dimmer

Does anyone have or know of a Bang & Olufsen lighting dimmer for use with the B&O remote? They used to sell these but they do not make them anymore and I'm trying to get hold of one.

I am thinking about buying an I-Trip for my I pod. It says that to use it in this country you need a Broadcasting Licence Is this a TV Licence ? If not How do i get a licence for it ???
