I have two:
1. When i take pictures, there is a 3-4 second lag in the time it takes, meaning that often they are blurry as they aren't snapped in a second like other phones, how do i fix this or is it just a common fault?
2. Delivery reports: I have turned the option on to receive them but never do; this is annoying beyond belief and incredibly frustrating as i don't know if the person i'm trying to contact has received my message or not.

Many thanks

i know this wont help but i have the Samsung E720 and have the same two issues with it , maybe its a Samsung thing, i just dont know. Ive learnt to live with it . best of luck .
The lag on the taking photos happens with all phones that I know of, the problem is we have mega pixel cameras on mobiles when the speed of the phone is not up to scratch it takes a while for the phone to think about what its doing but i think this will improve over time.
I'm not familiar with this phone, but the same happens on my Sony Ericsson if I've left it in Night Mode. Have a look if it's got this and switch it off.
With nite mode they all do that, becasue it has to allow more lite in and stuff
