ive just heard that welcome car finance have just gone bust is this true?if so what will happen to the car i have on a hp agrement?i was thinking of giving back anyway as ive already paid over half

where should finance documents be signed?

i have bought a car on finance and i signed the documents at a fast food retailer in a motorway service station,is this legal?i have been to that it isnt
