My engine currently has pink coolant in it and I can't find any pink coolant anywhere anymore! Is it true that you cannot mix coolants- or am I being over cautious by worrying about it?

slug problem

every night our living room is invaded by slugs who leave a slimy trail all over the carpet and anything else left in there. there are large gaps in the floorboards which must be how they get in....
