Freeview box

My freeview box is showing all channels except ITV & channel 4 channels where the screen is breaking up. I bought a new digibox but it is still doing the same Any ideas?

monitor keeps switching off

my monitor keeps switching off - mostly it comes back on automatically after about 5 seconds but sometimes I have to press button twice to switch it back on
