fridge door keeps opening

anyone got any ideas about why my hotpoint fridge door keeps opening,it seems to be level ok. engineer has been he is baffled as well

dear sir my fridge is an hotpoint make ,and at times the door will open for no reason ,the engineer has been he does not know why either . the fridge is three year old
