how hard is it to change the filter and oil i went to halfords to buy haynes manual but they dont do one for my car ? any clues?i would like to have a go myself

exhaust emissions indicator

hi any one know what could be wrong as the exhaust emissions indicator comes on while im driving but does go off again then one a little time after and thats in a ten mintue trip?
