Menopause

Goin' thru it and am on a period at the mo, the pain is bloody indescribable. Any tips ladies, eating chocolate and shouting **** off when the pain comes (every 10 mins ! ) just int working !!

I tumbled last week but discharged myself from hospital. Know i don't deserve sympathy, but god I'm in pain, am fed up :o(
