what is the rear oil filler cap for in engine bay . ive only ever filled my oil up in front cap . any suggestions

i have what appears to be long hair coming out of exhaust pipe ,loads comes out if i pull it.can anyone give me a reason why.thanks

can someone tell me the quickest way to syphon fuel my scenic . im taking it to auction and have full tank of fuel.have tried hose pipe but sucked up fumes only

i have cream colour in oil filler cap.is it the head gasket and im losing water in water reserve tank.any ideas im rubbish with motors
