defraging?

I tried to Defrag my computer but it says that i need to run a Chkdsk first! I have absolutely no idea what this is or how to do it! Can somebody please help? Thanks x

Motorola L6

When playing a song on a Motorola L6, how do you adjust the volume. I have checked the instruction book but all i can find is how to adjust the ringer volume and that doesn't work for playing tunes....
