Self-help book on emotional abuse

Can anyone recommend a book on overcoming emotional abuse and changing the way you think? It would be more a book for when you have left a violent relationship rather than still being in it. TIA

I'm going for this tomorrow. What happens if you are found to be allergic to something? Are you given one of those pens or are you just told to avoid the thing causing the allergy?

Its not anaemia...
