Getting rid of DerBiz

This little ****** has installed itself onto my computer and I cant get rid off it. I think its some sort of spyware software (isnt it?).  Its changing my homepage and even when I delete the icon...

burning cd/other tasks

if im using nero to burn a cd, can i continue with other tasks- such as surfing online etc, or will this cause failiure?

Home network

Using bluetooth dongles, can i connect 2 pc's and use my broadband on both at the same time? Do i need software to do this ? any help would be gratefully accepted, keep it simple for me tho
