Home Phone Line

Help... I need to get my home telephone line installed, I only need it as I want to get on-line with my pc.... do I have to get BT to do this? Or can you suggest another company... BT are quoting...

we get mould in are bedrooms on the outside walls, whenever we have anything against those walls.is there anything that can be done.we have tryed treating the inside with a mould resistent
