whitewall portawall white wall tyre rings. where can i buy some?

can somebody please tell me where i can buy some whitewall trims to stick on my tyres. they are known as portawalls. they go in between the wheel and tyre. i can find motorbike ones, buy not car ones....

diamante gearnob. ferrari style gear gate.where do i get one?

where can i get a gearnob with diamantes on it? also, where can i get a lotus/ferrari style gear gate? these are made of metal and show the gearstick going into each gear.
