Freezing Coriander?

Have a glut of this herb,dont want it to go to seed,they say you can freeze herbs quite well anyone done this and what did they think about it when it was defrosted!!

all answers are the names of birds 1 pint size 2 relish for the female of the species 3 in the trees with the male of the species, I don't think it's woodcock as I have got that for another answer...
