does any one know what is involved in the 60000 mile service on a petrol 307?

oil ford mondoe 52 plate

i was trying to change the oil and the oil filter cover that should be hand tight and it is slightly over that! i dont want to use grips and crack the case and i also dont to pay ford for a well over...
