grievance

i have got some info on writing a grievance letter but again am not sure who to talk to about it as the company policy hasn't yet been provided.also as dumb as it sounds what does HR stand for please?...

rota changes

my employer's change my shifts without asking or giving any notice and just expect me to be able to do them.they are also changing the rota so that what were set shifts now have no set finishing time....
