I have recieved an Annual Policy Report for a Group Personal Pension Plan set up with Clerical Medical in a job that I left over 2 years ago haing been there for over 5 years. Does this money have to stay in this fund until I retire or can I get it all out now?

check you pension rules - you will have recieved them on joining - for all your pension rules, this may (though doubtful) allow you to move the money to another scheme but it will certainly not allow you to remove the money yourself after it has been in the scheme for such a long time... so without seeing your pension agreement i am ab out 99% sure you will have to wait until retirement to see a return on this money.
