Is it possible to freeze fresh horseradish?

Why not. I take it you mean horseradish sauce. The worst that can happen is that when you de freeze it you have to chuck it.
My freezer "bible" says ....yes. It should be grated and you should add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of sugar to each 2 Tablespoons of the grated root.

It a horseradish plant on my allotment,Sam. That looks like a goer, ginge. Thanks for your answers.
you can store horseradish root like potatoes as well and grate it when you need it.
Grate and freeze and use as required.
