Asked For Network Password

I have both Tiscali and Talktalk addresses for my wife and myself.
Recently the dreaded requests have started again. Only with TalkTalk though.
A box continues to pop up requesting that we enter the Network Password.
It doesn't matter if we fill it in or not it still keeps apearing.
Anyone know why?

Oh dear! It is now starting with my Tiscali addresses.
